• Transportation Details: For school and workforce transit, we collect pickup/drop-off locations, schedule preferences, and names of individuals authorized to accompany or receive passengers (e.g., students).
• Communications: Records of your contact with our support team, including form submissions and questionnaires.
• Payment Information: Handled via secure third-party processors. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
• Job Applications: Resumes, job history, education, and references for prospective employees or drivers.

• Device & Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, operating system versions, and interaction data (session lengths, pages viewed, crash reports).
• Location Data: To provide our core transportation services, we may collect precise location data from our drivers’ devices and, where applicable, via the passenger app to provide real-time arrival estimates.
• Cookies: We use session and persistent cookies to improve site functionality and analyze traffic.

We may receive information from school districts (e.g., McKinney-Vento coordinators), state agencies (NCSEAA), or employers to facilitate authorized transportation.

We use the information we collect to:

• Safety & Security: Verify identities, detect fraud, and ensure the safety of our passengers and drivers.
• Communication: Send service updates, respond to inquiries, and provide user support.

• Generative AI: We may use de-identified data to improve our routing algorithms via generative AI and machine learning.

• Service Providers: With vendors who help us with payment processing, analytics (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), and cloud storage.
• Program Partners: With school districts, state agencies (NCSEAA), or corporate partners specifically to verify transportation fulfillment.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety of our passengers.

Triangle Access is committed to protecting the privacy of children. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). While we transport students under 13, we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. All student data is provided by parents, guardians, or authorized school officials. • Unsubscribe: You may opt out of marketing emails via the "unsubscribe" link. Administrative emails regarding active transport services will still be sent.
